Note:  This is a full installation not an upgrade to Version 6.2 or below.

Please note that you must have ActiveX and JavaScript enabled on your browser in order to run these downloads.  You may set these permissions in Internet Explorer by clicking on: Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level and checking "enable" or "prompt" for all items under the ActiveX Controls and Scripting sections.

ERROR 91

If you are receiving this error message when starting up the FBA after updating to Version 7.0, you must update your data access components from Microsoft.  Please follow these instructions to do so:

1.  Download MDAC  - click here for the link if you are running Windows 2000/ME or here for MDAC 2.8 for Windows XP.

2.  Download the redistributable Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 - click here for the article on the Microsoft site pertaining to this download.  Choose the correct download based on your version of Windows.

(When asked to run or save to disk, just save to a temporary folder or your desktop as you will then run these files in the next few steps).

3. In Windows Explorer, double-click the Mdac_typ.exe file that you downloaded in step 1 to start the MDAC setup.

4. Restart your computer.

5. In Windows Explorer, double-click the redistributable Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 that you downloaded in step 1 to start the Jet 4.0 Setup.

6. Restart your computer.
